John serves as Chief Executive Officer of MPC Kinetic, bringing 3 years of experience from MPC Group where John was also the Chief Executive Officer.
John has over 30 years’ experience in the resources, mining and oil & gas industries including being Chief Executive Officer of Silver Standard Resources, a Canadian precious metals mining company trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange and NASDAQ for five years. Prior to this role, John worked across various operational, strategic and M&A functions within BHP for 18 years.
John is a fellow of the Association of Cost Engineers and a Chartered Management Accountant.
John has a BA Business Studies and an MBA awarded with distinction from Aberdeen University.

Richard serves as the Chief Financial Officer of MPC Kinetic having previously been the Chief Financial Officer of MPC Group since 2011.
Richard has over 20 years of financial experience in the oil, gas and coal seam gas industries. Prior to joining MPC Group, Richard was Oil and Gas Leader and Tax Partner at Ernst & Young, Brisbane.
Before joining Ernst & Young, Richard held finance roles at BG Group, Shell, Goldman Sachs and Arthur Andersen in a variety of locations that include London, Aberdeen and Singapore.
He is an Australian and UK Chartered Accountant, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a First Class Honours degree in Applied Mathematics.

Vincent James is Executive General Manager of MPC Kinetic’s Wells Division.
Equipped with a Masters in Project Engineering and having years of in-field experience with some of the largest national and international resource exploration companies, Vincent has a comprehensive understanding of the extensive operational and maintenance requirements needed by the world’s oil and gas sector.
A holder of a Masters in Business Administration, Vincent is equally adept at applying his proven, but practical management acumen to the EGM role, particularly in key areas such as change and integration strategy, corporate finance and field operations.
Vincent was appointed to the EGM role after years of career progression achieved within MPC Kinetic.

Chief Operating Officer | Construction
Tony serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Construction Services for MPC Kinetic, bringing 7 years from MPC Group where Tony served as the Chief Operating Officer. As COO (Construction) Tony is responsible for ensuring the delivery of large scale construction projects across MPC Kinetic's operating segments.
Tony brings more than 23 years of experience in the delivery of large-scale resource sector pipelines and infrastructure assets including overseeing the largest coal seam gas gathering and transportation network in southern Queensland and large-scale water transportation and infrastructure developments for mining projects in Western Australia and northern Queensland.
Prior to joining MPC Group, Tony was Head of International Pipelines for J. Murphy and Sons working on a variety of large-scale gas transmission pipeline projects in the UK.
Tony is President of the Australian Pipeline and Gas Association (APGA).
Tony has a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Staffordshire University.

Lindi joined MPC Kinetic in 2016 and has multiple responsibilities, in her role as Executive General Manager Corportate Services and Company Secretary.
Lindi has more than 12 years’ of commercial experience within the resources and infrastructure sectors in Australia and the Asia-Pacific.
Prior to commencing with MPC Kinetic, Lindi worked for Golding Contractors, Connell Wagner (now Aurecon) and Ansaldo STS, where she provided commercial, legal and governance services to their Australian and international operations, and support for corporate activity and projects, from tendering through to delivery phase.
Lindi is a Non-Executive Director at Golden West Apprenticeships Ltd and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. A solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, Lindi holds a Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Media Communications (Creative Industries) from the Queensland University of Technology.
Brenton Armitage is Executive General Manager of MPC Kinetic’s Mining Technology Division. A geophysicist with a Bachelor of Science from the Curtin University of Technology, Brenton has more than 20 years of operational knowledge and management experience within the resources, mining and oil and gas industries.
Brenton has forged a strong career through senior management and in-field roles for some of the country’s leading geotechnical services companies, and is MPC Kinetic’s executive representative for our portfolio of key clients operating and expanding their resource developments across Western Australia.
Brenton’s technological acumen and pursuit for innovation, ensures MPC Kinetic is always leading the way in the development of advanced geophysical, hydrological and mineral logging solutions for our clients and the resource industry.
