well completions & workover rigs
MPC Kinetic has Australia’s newest and largest fleet of next generation well servicing rigs.
Our custom fleet has been designed to service well workovers and flushbys with optimum efficiency, while also providing superior safety benefits and cost savings to our clients.
Fit for purpose equipment, multi-combination units and modular trucks allow a wide range of services to be delivered, removing the need for several traditional service companies to be on site.
MPC Kinetic can provide a fast, efficient workover rig, while also optimising operational waste and water requirements through on-site synergies with our Fluids Management Team which uses our patented Safe Controlled Unload and Flowback (SCUF) tanks along with the industry first FLIP package, Flare360 and pre-existing gathering network infrastructure to reduce waste & water costs as well as significantly reduce transport related HSE exposure.
Ultimate Workover Site
The Ultimate Workover Site is the better way to manage outflows from coal seam gas well workovers. Well returns are captured before being processed for disposal and re-use.
A SCUF unit is used to capture and separate all workover outflows from the LiveWell blooie line and choke manifold. The combination of these technologies facilitates the ability to workover wells in an under-balanced condition while safely capturing all reservoir and workover fluids.
Workover fluids are then transferred and treated through the FLIP-FLOC package where suspended solids are removed so the water can be recycled and reused on site where required or re-injected back into the gathering network, ultimately leading reduced fluid and disposal costs and reducing associated HSE related transport movements.
Any gas that is produced during the LiveWell workover is separated from the three-phase stream at the SCUF tank and transferred safely to the Flare360 where it is flared instead of cold vented, leading to reduced fugitive emissions and eliminating any risk of combustible gases settling out on the worksite surface.
MPC Kinetic’s fleet of next generation well servicing rigs are purpose-built and equipped with advanced technology for optimum efficiency during well workovers and flushbys. The rig’s design provides superior safety benefits and cost savings for clients, through multi-combination units and modular trucks that reduce transport costs and crew size.
These fast, efficient workover rigs also optimise operational waste and water management through on-site synergies with our Fluids Management Team.
Together, using these rigs and patented Safe Controlled Unload and Flowback (SCUF) tanks, industry first FLIP package, Flare360 system and pre-existing gathering network infrastructure, clients are able to realise significant reductions in waste and water costs and HSE exposure risks.
